FAMS aims to assist medical students with exceptional personal hardships who are in desperate need of financial help, who otherwise would sadly be unable to complete their studies. 

It has established a robust scholarship programme with the aim of providing financial assistance to medical students in need based in Pakistan on a transparent selection process.

Never Such Innocence runs an international poetry, art, speech and song competition for young people, aged between 9-18, focusing on conflict and its impact amplifying the voices of children and young people all over the world.

Miri Roshni is delighted to partner with Never Such Innocence with the children thoroughly enjoying their workshop with author, Nik Perring.

The British Muslim Heritage Centre is a centre that helps facilitate the development and learning of Islamic Culture, whilst promoting initiatives that champion the rich and diverse heritage of the Muslim community.

Miri Roshni has had a long standing commitment to supporting a number of the Heritage Centre’s projects, the latest of which is the charity’s initiative focussing on Domestic Abuse Awareness.

The Oasis Centre

The Oasis Centre is a support hub based in Gorton, East Manchester, that provides disadvantaged individuals and families with: Educational Support, Wellbeing Support and Employment Opportunities. In addition to this, the site has a free cafe that provides the community with fresh meals.

It has been Miri Roshni’s pleasure to aid the Centre in securing new staff members, allowing them to support an even greater number of daily visitors.

The EG Group is one of the world’s leading independent convenience retailers, known for partnering with major food brands and food-to-go operators.

They have provided support to the Miri Roshni School in Rawalakot, Pakistan through their further education initiatives.
